Weird weird weird tonight I was at my boyfriend's house and we happened to walk into his sister's room and I happened to look a her wall which happened to have a Dolce & Gabbana poster on the wall, which also happened to have a big D&G in the corner which is what totally caught my eye and made me think D/G!!!!!!!!!

Which is totally why I am even on PK tonight in the first place. It put me in the mood.

This was a sign from JKR. I'll bet she created D&G and put that abbrieviation on posters as subtle hints to us keen intellegent fans. She MUST have. That's the only explanation for this HUGE of a coincedence.

I have proof! Proof, I tell you.
I was randomly googling the name 'Ginevra' (thinking that it deserved a namelisting, angry that it had none) and found out that (613) Ginevra is a minor planet... And so my dg-centric mind clicked because 'Draconis' is a constellation. Constellations, planets... See the link?

But as though this obvious celestial link between our two star-struck lovers wasn't enough... On the very same page about the Ginevra planet was also a reference to Draconis! Draco and Ginny... On the SAME page. Coincidence? I think not.

Well, I was listening to my CoS book-on-CD last night, and I realized that Harry doesn't find out that the Malfoys and the Weasleys hate each other until the trip to the Burrow at the beginning of CoS.

Now, JKR has told us that something Harry learns in CoS is going to be very important in HBP.

I think that Draco and Ginny will get together in HBP, acting as a plot device for interhouse unity, therefore their relationship will be very important.

Ginny "hexed" Malfoy in OotP. Of all the people, WHY Ginny? It's canon proof, I tell you! JKR wanted to make sure she put in tiny clues for those less intelligent readers of hers who don't see D/G. That way, when D/G happens, which we all know will, she can promptly tell them silly non-D/Gs, "I've laid clues everywhere".
And who's to say Ginny REALLY hexed Malfoy? JKR never showed us. I'm absolutely certain Ginny pulled Malfoy into an empty closet somewhere, and locked the door! She also professed her undying love for him (again), and she had to scream his name, because... it was too noisy outside the closet... yeah, that's it. The noise was coming from outside the closet

CANON PROOF!!!

And another thing: In CoS, Ginny and Malfoy were BOTH somehow connected to the Heir of Slytherin. Harry and co. thought Malfoy had been opening the Chamber, when really, it was Ginny (ignore Tom for a second )!

Well...Today I had Harry Potter on my mind.

I went shopping with my lovely friend this evening for our "Midnight Magic" paty attire, consiting of fabulous school girl clothes and slytherin ties.

We were driving home when suddenly a thought struck my mind which pretty much instantly prooved the reality of love between Draco and Ginny.

The stoplight.

This symbolistic sign has two major lights (the yellow is not important). Red and Green. Just a coincidence that Red is the main color in Ginny's house, and Green the main color of Draco's house, I think not!

Better yet (yes this gets better)...Green stands for Go, and Red for Desist (stop).
So...the G in Go stans for Ginny, and the D in Desist for Draco.
It cant get any more clearer.

And the fact that G from Ginny in Go is Green, and D from Draco in Desist is Red, the opposite of each other's house, it represent the merging of their houses.
It shows that in fact a Slytherin can love a Gryffindor, and vice versa.

This widely known street symbol is infact a symbol of love that prooves the forecoming union between Draco Malfoy and Ginny Weasly.

You know that earlier in the book too, one of the twins says something about size not equaling power, and explain themselves by using Ginny as an example, saying :Have you ever been on the receiving end of one of her Bat Bogey Hexes?"

If you want to get into colors, I could go total dork on you.

In art, the primary is complimented by those of the secondary and Visa Versa. They're all coupled in pairs, soul mates. Boistrous Blue has it's Outgoing Orange, Mellow Yellow has it's Vibrant Violet and Rich Red has it's Grand Green... Red Compliments Green. Green Compliments Red.
They make each other stand out as well as fade in and out of existance. It's a subtle hint, but Draco being Green and Ginny being Red makes them perfect in the art world as well as the real world. Period. No Question.

I was there too you know...

Well I was reading a few posts on the HBP board a few seconds ago and a post was written about G/D.

Well..I got to thinking about it and both Draco and Ginny have bigger roles and stuff now. I mean think about it we got to know Ginny a bit better in this book. We already knew Draco but now we see what side he's on. And we've always known what side Ginny's been on.

So perhaps JKR is setting us up for a D/G something rather. I mean since Harry really doesn't want Ginny to be in harms way what better way for Ginny to go and fight for his cause? Ahaha here comes Draco and his I-really-didn't-want-for-(i'm not going to spoil anything but you know who-to-die-please-forgive-me-self. What better way but for Ginny a new and rising character to come and save him from the evil shadows of Lord Voldemort! Along with a jealous Harry to boil things up. Because there has to be a bit more romance in the 7th book something like that.

I have a feeling that something like that is bound to happen.

Oor...Think about it. Harry is aways going to protect Ginny now correct? Just because he let her go so to say doesn't mean he still won't watch over her. So what better yet for a certian blondie to come in? As long..as he hasn't..died yet...So think..Think think think. It would be a little bit like JKR to throw in something like that. Let's say Draco kidnaps Ginny shes inprisioned and then they fall in love eh? Yes i know a bit to ficish but look at the subject of the post. Anyways.

I say there has to be a connection between Draco and Ginny now. With them becoming prominent now in the books. And from Ginny's characteristics I say she's looking for something along the lines of Draco. Here is my theory. Draco has been pushed in terms of role size in book 6. we get to see his more emotinal side (poor poor Draco so lonely) Then Ginny gets a greater role and wait we see she has some ###### in her (to attract our lovely blonde boy's eye).

You know I'm right. Also why does Ginny hex malfoy in OotP. she should have hexed the big oaf girl that was carrying her but she doesn't.

In HBP Draco does not once get smart to Ginny. Even though he did when in CoS when she revealed she liked Harry.

Draco says nothing when Pansy says Blaise thinks Ginny is pretty or that he would not go near or whatever the words were. Clearly he doesnt mind.

D/G is the only way to stop the shipping wars! If Ginny can't have Harry, she'll take the anti-Harry. That is, Draco!

(Hippogriff Theory, anyone? Love Potion theory? Come on.) It's FUNNY because you're talking about these theories and their creators exactly the way R/Hrs (and all the sane people on earth) talk to YOU guys when you pull out your theories in debates. It's also FUNNY because even though this was deliberately far-fetched, this is the way everyone sees YOUR theories.

This is the Draco/Ginny forum, so must I even say that a lot of what you're saying is completely unrelated to what a lot of people here believe or think, so what you are saying is just falling on deaf ears. Secondly, this thread: not the place for your views on R/Hr or H/Hr. This is not the place for any views. This is a silly thread for silly posts with silly theories in them.

That was a bit random. But seriously, some of these ideas actually could be plausible. I only became a D/G shipper because I read some fanfiction on them and thought it was great.
