When they reached the Great Hall for lunch before the Gryffindor Vs Slytherin match, Harry noticed a distinct change in the atmoshpere around him. Everything seemed almost silent after the news of the dementors in Hogsmeade, as if everyone was paying their respects to the dead.
Usually the air would be filled with talk about the upcoming match, but instead it was filled with fear. Harry thought it was best to eat his meal quietly and go to the changing rooms for Quidditch. Nothing was mentipned about what happened in the dormitory and Ron had kept unusually quiet about the matter, until they were away from anyone else's ears.
'So what was going on between you and Hermione, then?'
'Nothing, I don't know what you're talking about'
'Aw come on mate I know you've got a crush on Hermione'
Harry shot Ron a look, that meant 'say anymore and i'll curse you into next century'.

As Harry gave his very short lecture (at least compared to Wood’s), all was silent. Everybody was still mourning over the attack on Hogsmeade.
No more Madame Rosmerta, no more sweets, no more butterbeer, no more visits...
As Harry and Malfoy tried to break each other’s hands, they did not hear any “Weasley is our King” cheers from the Gryffindors nor the Slytherins.
As Hooch’s whistle echoed in the air, Harry jumped on his Thunderbolt and bolted to the air. Hermione did the same with her Firebolt, so did Ron with his Cleansweep, and so did the other members of the team.
“Aaaand.. they’re off!” screamed Colin Creevey, the commentator. “And Granger takes the Quaffle... loops over Crabbe’s bludger, passes to Bell, passes to Weasley, passes – oh! That’s gotta hurt! Weasley gets hit by Goyle’s bludger... Slytherin in position, Warrington, passes to Pucey, who drops the Quaffle, which lands on Andrew’s head... Ouch...”
As Harry listened to Colin’s unenthusiastic commentating, he observed the pitch in search for the Snitch, and found Malfoy tailing him. Out of the corner of his eye, Harry saw that Goyle and Crabbe was about to hit Hermione’s head. With a burst of speed, guaranteed by the Thunderbolt, he stabbed at the air, speeding, cutting the wind, and jabbed at the two at supersonic speed.
A burst of cheers finally erupted from the Gryffindors, and he could hear Colin say “Ouch... too bad you two, he has a Thunderbolt!
“Montague in possession, passes to Warrington, who drops it to Pucey, who shoots.... come on, Ron, save it –“
A verse of “Weasley is our King” erupted from the gold and red-clad Gryffindors. The Quaffle was in his hands, and he quickly passed it to Katie.
“Bell in possesion, she passes it to Weasley, who ducks Montague, and passes it to Granger, who – WOW! Look at her go! She ducks Pucey, dodges two bludgers, goes past Malfoy, and – SHE SCORES!!! TEN – NIL TO GRYFFINDOR!
“And... Sloper hits the Quaffle?!?! And he scores! Woohoo! Twenty to nothing! Pucey in possesion, Sloper aims a bludger at Pucey, who drops it, which Bell catches, and she scores, and it is thirty to nada!”
It was getting very annoying for Harry to find the Snitch with Malfoy on his tale, so he used his Wronski Feint, a few loops, jabs and zig-zag movements, which resulted in Malfoy unconscious on the floor with severe injury. And then he saw it – the Snitch hiding itself in ‘Mione’s hair. he dashed for it, plunged his hand in her hair – God, it feels so good... – and the stadium erupted.

of course when your as good as Harry you have left over time and brain power to stop and feel your best friend/soon to be lover's hair, while the adreniline is pumping through you and your trying to win the game.
... Harry is damn good. not to mention subtle, feeling hermione's hair under the pretense of winning a game. hell i wish i thought of that, hmm i could do that the next time i play. i mean hell it was her idea to make it full contact...

Oh, Bec, since I AM already copying the story onto microsoft word, I could make the easy-read for you guys...it's not hard, I already went through who wrote parts and copied the parts themselves carefully...or as carefully as I could...so just give the word, I have 18 pages of what you have already done in the easy-read section, but I also have 26 additional pages I just did...making it 44 pages alltogether.

I've seen the recommendations from HB and Mart in Wrestling the troll (Thanks guys), but no one seems to be coming here...

What we really need is to figure out where we are in the year. When we figure that out, I think this might come a little easier... I need to know how much longer for another fluff part, since everyone's saying H/Hr need to "stay away."

With a burst of speed, guaranteed by the Thunderbolt, he stabbed at the air, speeding, cutting the wind, and jabbed at the two at supersonic speed. A burst of cheers finally erupted from the Gryffindors, and he could hear Colin say “Ouch... too bad you two, he has a Thunderbolt! “Montague in possession, passes to Warrington, who drops it to Pucey, who shoots.... come on, Ron, save it –“ A verse of “Weasley is our King” erupted from the gold and red-clad Gryffindors. The Quaffle was in his hands, and he quickly passed it to Katie. “Bell in possesion, she passes it to Weasley, who ducks Montague, and passes it to Granger, who – WOW! Look at her go! She ducks Pucey, dodges two bludgers, goes past Malfoy, and – SHE SCORES!!! TEN – NIL TO GRYFFINDOR! “And... Sloper hits the Quaffle?!?! And he scores! Woohoo! Twenty to nothing! Pucey in possesion, Sloper aims a bludger at Pucey, who drops it, which Bell catches, and she scores, and it is thirty to nada!” It was getting very annoying for Harry to find the Snitch with Malfoy on his tale, so he used his Wronski Feint, a few loops, jabs and zig-zag movements, which resulted in Malfoy unconscious on the floor with severe injury. And then he saw it – the Snitch hiding itself in ‘Mione’s hair. he dashed for it, plunged his hand in her hair – God, it feels so good... – and the stadium erupted. |
And about the time of year thing, there hasn't been a Christmas or anything else so we'll have to add that into the Easy-Read as we're far too far forward in the story to have it now.

And then he saw it – the Snitch hiding itself in ‘Mione’s hair. he dashed for it, plunged his hand in her hair – God, it feels so good... – and the stadium erupted.
He won, once again, but this time there was a little more satisfaction in it for Harry that just winning. Surprizingly Hermiones hair was incredibly soft, and smooth despite its bushyness. Harry guessed it had a few volume issues that Hermione didn't agree with.

"Yeah, we won the game."

"Oh yeah, sorry." Harry withdrew his had, feeling foolish but oddly satisfied.
Ok its short and it half sucks the only part that doesn't suck is my pitiful attempt at humor. the rest is crap, complete and utter crap. i will do better next time when i have some decent inspiration.

They both went down and landed safely on the pitch. Harry was waving the snitch for all the cheering Gryffindors and sulking Slytherins to see. The rest of the team joined them.
"Nice going there mate!" Ron patted his back and congratulated him.
"That was brilliant Harry," Ginny greeted him and pulled Hermione out from the cheering crowd.
"See you in the common room," he called to them.
Hermione looked back at him, smiled then nodded before walking through the cheering crowd and out of the pitch.
"Actually mate, when I saw your hands going through Hermione's hair, I thought you were going to snog her up there for all the school to see," Ron joked.
Harry gave him the 'I'll Hex you to oblivion if you don't shut up' look and Ron kept his mouth shut which made Dean and the rest of the gryffindor boys laugh.
