You're both right about D/G of course. Ginny is quite the handful. I honestly think that Draco is the only one who could handle her because he's such a strong character himself. Harry is too sweet for her, and a lot of the times just as impulsive. Draco is more calmer, far more snarkier, and really even though they are opposites, at the same time they are very similar. I think they couldn't help but be attracted to each other.

Exactly. They're "opposites attract" all that but they're COMPATIBLE. You seriously should write these plot bunnies of yours. Goodness knows I've been dying for a good D/G fic. I was very excited to see my favourite D/G fic at the moment being updated today. (for those of you who aren't reading Humbug Girl's "Hospitality" READ IT!! It's excellent!)

Oh, yeah, er...to get back on topic, I'm going to expand on the Ginny-being-the-sister-of-Fred-and-George. Ginny's definitely picked up on their penchant for trickery, and Draco definitely loves that because he's into that kind of thing, too.

They both are mischief makers in a way. I suppose if we were setting this at Hogwarts they could gain a respect for each other by their appreciation for a good prank/plot. That could easily lead to friendship, or at least reluctant respect, and then it's only a matter of time before they fall in love. There's just so much potential between them.

I imagine that Ginny would catch Draco mid-prank, and she'd be all "Malfoy, you're doing it wrong, you should do this instead" and "If you don't let me join in, I'll tell a professor".
