i remember a name from when i was a small child, my dad would tell me of how our ancestors killed him. he was supposed to have been incredibly evil, and bloodthirsty. (He wasn't a wizard to my knowledge, although he was skilled at the use of posions, and tactics) Now it may or may not be true, but my dad did seem to like telling me the story so i dont know. but the name was, "Bangor." (pronounced Ban-gor) if you like you may use the name, i doubt if he'll complain. 
and i would be quite flattered.

But Harry stopped listening at that point, his eyes riveted to the ring on his finger. Was he already influencing people? Celeste was tamed so easily; but was that simply how the dragon naturally behaved, or was it the ring? And what about Ron and Luna? They seemed to go from acquaintances to so much more so suddenly; was that because Harry wanted them to fall in love with each other? Harry shot a furtive look at Hermione. He remembered how she felt, nestled against him, as they left the Dursleys. He remembered the times they held hands, how they almost kissed. He knew that he was feeling something beyond friendship for his best friend, and had thought that maybe, just maybe, she felt the same way. But was it just the ring?
Can he be influencing other people's thoughts without intending to.
"Mr. Potter, we'll look into how we can control these powers and we still don't know for certain if you are able to use this abilities," Dumbledore said to him.
Harry smiled meekly a lot of uncertainties and doubts crowded his thoughts. He suddenly felt Hermione's warm hands held his.
'How can she comfort me this way if i'm only influencing her thoughts?' he asked himself. He knew that he had to believe in his friends and that their actions are from their own choices and decisions and not because of his ring.
"You know I've always believed in the saying that eveything happens for a reason and somehow I have a feeling that this ring was given to you for a purpose. Maybe it can help you in defeating Voldemort and ending his evil for good. I mean first the ring then the dragon. Somehow I feel like some powerful force is preparing you for a big battle a head," Hermione said.
Dumbledore smiled at both of them.
"I Think Ms. Granger may have a point. It's as if fate is preparing you for something and that we will find out," Dumbledore said...

As Harry and Hermione walked back towards the library for Hermione’s once again forgotten quill, Harry could not rip his eyes from the ring. The green had taken over the ring now, and Harry wondered what it meant.
Hermione fetched her quill and borrowed a few books the size of brick, and walked back towards Harry. He took the books out of her hands, and with Hermione insisting that she should carry them, they walked back towards the Gryffindor tower.
Harry couldn’t stop thinking about the thing fate was preparing for him, and he watched as the red took over the ring again.
“Harry, don’t worry about it,” said Hermione caringly. “I know that nothing bad will happen to you, no matter what the ring represents.”
Harry just kept walking, apparantly not having listened to Hermione very well. He could not stop thinking about it, that he did not notice Ron’s red hair poking out of the dark and unused classroom when they passed. Hermione jogged along, trying to keep up with his pace, and wore a worried expression on his face.
Finally, they reached the Fat Lady’s portrait. Harry muttered the password, and jumped over the ledge. Once he got inside the empty common room, he put the books on top of the table near the fireplace, and slumped on the plush couch. He sat, gazing into the orange-red flames licking the brick wall of the fireplace. He watched Crookshanks wandering about the Girl’s dormitories. His eye focused on the nearby window, showing Hagrid’s Cabin. But there was light peeking out of his cabin.
Could it be?

He went down the stairs and back to the deserted common room. hermione had obviously went back up to her dormitory to read one of those bricks,he reasoned.
Harry slipped out of the Common Room and into the deserted hallway. He pulled out his faithful Maradeur's Map and whispered the password,
"I solemly swear I'm up to no good."
The map came into view slowly. Harry scanned it for Filch and professors, but the coast was clear. He pulled the Invisibility Cloak over him and disappeared from sight.

*uses his implosive anger to force the hole closed. grabs the goblet, punches a hole in HB's suit, forces the goblet down into his stomach, and pumps in race alcohol. upon the race alcohols contact with the fire it blows up rending a huge hole in HB and his suit. the goblet rolls away heavily chared.*

what on earth would be going on in hagrids hut, that could require a light? better yet why would any one be down there in the first place?

The huge castle door hustled heavily as footsteps crossed its path and descended down, towards Hogwards grounds. Harry was walking carefully but swiftly; he knew time was limited, and whoever was in Hagrid's hut now could be no more any minute. Nearing the light emitting from a tiny window, Harry felt his heart beating suspiciously fast and loud, perhaps because of hope - of defying death and seeing his dear friend once again. He crept near a small window and peeked inside - but was interrupted - by a sudden ache in his forehead! Harry knelt down in pain, rubbing his head desperately, and, after a few moments, gathered some strength to stand up and continue his investigation. Once again looking inside, he saw...

"Ron! Ron, wake up, RON!" Hermione was shaking her friend in an attempt to set him upright in his bed. "RON! Where's Harry?" she questioned harshly.
"I dunno, I er sleeping and *yawn* I ere..." he rubbed his eyes, sitting up. With a never-before-so-confused gaze, Ron surveyed the surroundings, and, after taking a good look at Harry's usual bed, exclaimed, "Where's HARRY?"
Hermione rolled her eyes and marched out of the room, whispering back to a lost-looking Ron, "Come on, Sherlock," confusing her red-haired friend even more.
"Who's Sherlock?" followed a reply at the Fat Lady's portrait.
"What did he..." Hermione turned back into the common room, staring at the window, and noticing the light in Hagrid's cabin, "Oh no, he didn't!"
"Hermione, we can't go after him, we don't have the cloak," Ron whispered over her shoulder, only to get a frustrated,
"I don't care, come on, let's go."
Surprisingly, Hermione and Ron crossed the whole way down to the front door without seeing Filch, or any other interruptions. As the duo neared Hagrid's hut, a startled look overshadowed the already alarmed gaze of the two: Hermione's eyes clearly reflected the green, glowing figure of...the Dark Mark.
"HARRY!!!!!"

why do i have to make these kinds of decisions? All i do is make Harry fight. i can't be expected to do all this weird plot twisting suspense stuff... fine i'll do it.
Surprisingly, Hermione and Ron crossed the whole way down to the front door without seeing Filch, or any other interruptions. As the duo neared Hagrid's hut, a startled look overshadowed the already alarmed gaze of the two: Hermione's eyes clearly reflected the green, glowing figure of...the Dark Mark.
"HARRY!!!!!"
Ron and Hermione began running down to the hut as fast as they could, both getting more and more worried as they got closer to the hut without any signs of Harry. Fearing the worst tears were already beginning to stream down Hermione's face.
It didn't take long before they found Professor Grubbly-plank's body on the ground ouside of the hut. Ron ran over and place two fingers on the side of her neck, after a few seconds he shook his head sadly.
"Come on Hermione, we need to find Harry."
There was a soft rustle in the high weeds, close to the outside wall of Hagrids hut, startling both of them. Wands held at the ready, creeping closer to the source of the noise.
Bright rich blood was trailing into the weeds, then they saw him. Harry laid there, blood dripping from his scar, and several other deep cuts all over his body, a dead rat with a silver paw held in his hand.
The ring was now mysteriously black, and lacked all life.

"Harry please wake up, you can't leave us now!We need you! Wake up please!" Then Harry's body started to shake and Ron and Hermione backed away. His body floated above them and the ring glowed red.
Then a mark appeared on his arm, a gold lion. The glow stopped and Harry opened his eyes and fell to the ground, whimpering slightly. Hermione ran to him, "Harry are you okay?" He looked up at Hermione, looked at Ron, then at the dead body of Wormtail, "Is he..." Hermione nodded,
"He's dead, Harry." As Hermione saw, Harry was smiling when a tear ran down his face. He started to get up and he fell over. Hermione turned to Ron, "Help me." Ron and Hermione helped Harry up and they were starting to walk back to the castle when Harry said,
"Wait. I need to hide Wormtail." Hermione nodded, Harry walked slowly over to Wormtail and pointed his wand at it and turned it into a bone and threw it into the forest.
Harry went back over to Ron and Hermione and whispered to them, "Thanks for coming to my rescue." "No problem, mate." said Ron. Hermione held Harry's hand and said, "We're going to take you to Hospital Wing." Harry nodded as they entered the castle, but they didn't know there was somebody watching them, smiling. "The last heir returns."

"Do you feel like we're being watched mate?" Ron said all of a sudden. They were already half way the grounds and were almost near the castles steps.
Hermione and Ron were still helping Harry.
"I feel like someone was watching us back there. It was weird. What if wormtail is still alive." Ron said.
Both Harry and Hermione looked at him.
"Wormtail's dead that's for sure but there was someone out there watching us," Harry muttered.
"Then why didn't he attack us?" Hermione asked.
"If there is one thing I have learned about the dark lord he doesn't like things done the easy way," Harry said.
"So it was him," Ron said matter-of-factly..
"Let's get inside then. We shouldn't be staying here any longer. And Harry you're badly hurt w should get you to the hospital wing," Hermione said and the trio hurriedly went inside.
Harry felt his scar hurting for a little while then it subsided after they reached the entracne hall.
Suprisingly three unexpected people were there waiting for them.....

besides what would happen in some just told the goblet to take a long walk off a short pier.

Hehe! Thanks! We don't have that Nyquill stuff over here, and my Mom insists on getting me the Non-Drowsy medication, so I go to sleep even if I wanted to...I mean it's not like I'm going to operate any heavy machinery anytime soon, well apart from my conffetti pouring crane.

Yes, with LOADS of people on here English isn't their first language either...but you can never tell with their posts...plus you could use a translater, and if you can type things in basic English (Which obvioulsy you can) I can help you out with the rest, I'm English, so I can edit your posts to correct English if you want but only if you want, I won't edit them if you don't want me too.

Three unexpected people? Oh no! Now I have to figure out who they are! ARGH!!!
OK, here goes nothing!
Suprisingly three unexpected people were there waiting for them.....
Dumbledore, Moody, and Lupin were standing at the bottom of the sweeping marble staircase, obviously expecting them.
"What're you doing here?" Harry asked stunned
"Waiting for you." Lupin answered
"You knew?" Ron asked, anger flashing in his eyes.
"Yes."
"And you didn't do anything?!"
"We could not Mr Weasley."
"Why not?!"
"It's part of his life." Moody said roughly
"What is? Nearly dying while you lot are sitting in the castle nice and warm!? Why the hell didn't you help him?! You could've I know you could, you just couldn't be bothered! Call yourself Order members?! You're nothing more than-"
"Ron, calm down." Harry whispered "They couldn't have helped me even if they were there."
"WHY NOT?!?!" Ron yelled "What am I missing?!"
"Please Mr Weasley, this is not the place to be discussing this." Dumbledore said.
"Come to my office."
"Harry needs to go to the hospital wing sir." Hermione said stiffly walking with Harry again, she seemed to be feeling the same anger that Ron was.
"We'll come with you then." Lupin said following them"
"OK." Hermione said not really wanting the three men there.

10 Minutes later Harry was sitting on a bed in the hospital wing, being prodded and poked by Madame Pomfery.
"Well, I think apart from a few cuts and briuses, and that mark on your arm, you're going to be fine."
Hermione let out a long sigh of relief as Harry was aloud to lie back onto the large cusions, behind him.
Madame Pomfery, knowing that Dumbledore and the other adults in the room needed to talk to Harry in privite, left the room and shut the door with a 'snap' behind her.
"Now Mr Potter," Dumbledore started, "Could you tell us exatly what happened when you left the castle earlier this evening?"
Moddy and Lupin sat forward in their chairs, interested in what he had to say, while Ron and Hermione looked ready to kill Dumbledore.
Harry however nodded and launched into a lengthy explination.
