Just a note about Mochabutterfly's fics. They are really great *feels ashamed that someone almost 10 years younger than oneself can write so much better,* but there is a little R/Hr on the side.

Summary: Draco Malfoy has seen his share of nightmares and now, as the war with Voldemort rages around him, it takes Ginny Weasley and a ragged band of orphans to teach him what true love and loyalty really are.

Draco and Ginny are so adorable together in that fic, and there's plenty of both angst and fluff.

Warning: There is a bit of slash on the side involving Harry, and it's not a happy ending for H/Hr shippers, but I sort of skimmed all those parts and savored the wonderful Ginny and Draco-ness.

Ohh boy! I love her stuff Closet is one of my fav NC17s That's a HH one. Then again, unless it really makes Harry or Hermione look like sluts, I love all HH NC17. I remember reading this fic. It's definately well written Sigh... This is the type of D/G I like. Steamy and raunchy and a very delightful read

the last one isn't by cadey. but i agree on your D/G take me. personally for me, i like harry/hermione as a side ship-it gets them out of D/G if you know any good ones, let me know!

Hmmm, let me see, I have a few DG fics in my Favourites folder. Most of them I've only read the first chapter, but I find them deliciously good.

On FA:

- A very good excuse, by Shards of Normality (AT). Bloody hilarious.

- Dark before the Rising Sun, by Rose Fay (AT). Incredible plotline. Also incredibly unfinished (gaaaahhhhh, can't wait for the next chapter!)

- Deeper than Blood, by Lell (schnoogle).

- Lessons in love and magic, by pyro_sex_kitten15 (AT).

- Lose myself with you, by Sakura Lena Yuy (AT).

- The Land of Make believe, by MrsBean (schnoogle). Oh, yes, can't help but adore this one.

That's all I have. I don't really read much standalone DG... only if the summary sparks my interest. I'm sure I've read some on ff.net, but unfortunately, I don't have them bookmarked. *shrugs*

If you can't access the site from this link (I can't access RS fics if not from the main page, I don't know if I'm the only one), just go to restrictedsection.org and look for the autor: Jade Okelani. It's her only fic, I think, and the name is "Our Winter."

It's NC-17, but it's not too graphic, though (sorry to the sex fiends out there), it's a bit confusing and it's QUITE long (12 chapters). Still, I really find it AWESOME. The wording is excellent and I find the writing style great. Not to mention it has a bit of HH on the sidelines It's really, REALLY good. *goes into bossy!Carla mode* READ IT! NOW!

1. I have to recommend msscribe's "REQUITAL" which is here on this site because there are some AWESOME Ginny/Draco moments in there. (But it's NC17 so beware)

I love Draco/Ginny!! but have only just started to read them even so I have found a few which I just love - mocha butterflys fic has already been mentioned and everybody who loves the pairing simply has to read the story - its called 'All you need is love'

Where do I sign up? I'm such a D/G shipper now. Everyone go and read msscribe's Ginny Weasley thinks she's in love here at portkey. It starts off with a poem like ramble which is really nice but the next two chapters are STEAMY! It's NC17 though. I'm with you all on complaining about the lack of D/G fics.

I have one. It's at FictionAlley's Astronomy Tower: All I Want is You by AEvenstar. It's a one-shot songfic, but it captures the bittersweet angst of Hogwarts!D/G so well.

And everyone's already mentioned the quality D/G smut and where to find it, so I'll just agree and add that These Arms of Mine by Libbie at restrictedsection.org is quite good as well, and that my favorite of Darkknight's stories there is the second one of the four Never Say Never simply for a priceless humorous scene involving Goyle and D/G--you'd have to read it to get what I'm talking about.

Oh, and I can't believe that no one's mentioned Anise's fics yet, maybe it's just too obvious? She writes great D/G smut (toned down to R at FictionAlley's Astronomy Tower) in Mea Culpa, Confiteor. And her Work-In-Progress, Jewel of the Harem, is set to be THE new Draco/Ginny bible with all the mystery, folklore, mythology, adventure, action, romance, and angst.

Cadey's R-rated A Little Princess is a lovely fluffy but sexy one-shot D/G.

A nice long D/G fic is Serpents Bride by Reiko_Naeo. You can find it here. It's rated R and features R/Hr on the side. There's a little bit of one sided H/G as well, but a helluva lot of D/G. Reccommended read.
