dont think anyone else has mentioned this cuz i looked through all the posts today but today seeing as i have the day off i decided to spend a good portion of the day searching through OotP for unfound shippy moments, now check this here.When they are in the DoM, right after they all simultaneously used reducto to distract the DEs so they can run, but here it is.

at first i paid it no mind, thinking of Harry's overprotective nature and saving anybody he can, but i checked back and found this.

now at the very beginning of page 784 there is this

now-with nevilles arm pressed against him, you automatically assume neville is on his side, because his arm is pressed against his. and the quickened breath is ginny's, because he is in front of her.

heres another thing i also notice

if he is in front of ginny, and hermione is behind him, then its easy to assume that Hermione is on Ginny's side, thus farther from him then Neville and Ginny are.
now here's the way i see it

Harry is in front, in the middle between neville and ron or luna.ginny is directly behind harry, with hermione on one side of her and again ron or luna on the other side of ginny.
so when they all cast reducto it says this.

because they were all behind him, you can assume that neville and whoever was on his other side, as well as the other 3 stepped back some before they used
and notice it says a handful of Hermiones robes, unless it is a mistake on JKRs part, it should have said :: He grabbed a handfull of somebody's robes and dragged them forward :: but instead it says hermione's, so he knew whos robes he was grabbing when he did it. but as explained above, when he had an oppurtunity to grab, he automatically grabbed her robes, when obviously ginny, neville and whoever was on his side were closer. thus he was being more protective of hermione then the others, even though he usually is protective of everybody equally.
looks to me like we are seeing a bit of foreshadowing for subconcious feelings hidden deep down he doesnt realize

Good observation. I noticed the handful of robes portion, but your conjecture on the position of Harry is very shippy. He was directly in front of Ginny, and it would be so easy to grab her robes, but instead, he grabbed Hermione's, and also, it says that his other hand was covering his head from the shards; JK explicitly explained that while one hand was grabbing Hermione, the other was protecting himself, so proving that Harry was only protecting Hermione, and no one else.

Yikes, my mind is on Microbiology and tryptic soy agar...I was going to make an attempt at some witty comment to indicate my out pouring of support but all my poor little over worked brain can come up with is 1) broken glass is very bad especially when you're in a lab and 2) Safety in Micro means Just Say No to an E. coli snack!

It's great to see this scene broken down, I always get confused trying to picture who is standing where and this gives me a great mental view of it. Regardless of where everyone is standing, Harry grabbed Hermione, and no one else.

lol well its actually a little sad in a way as i spent 5 hours straight analyzing/observing/thinking about 6 pages before i finnally took care of it,but as i was saying i had the day off and spent 5 hours straight looking at that, only getting up to go to the bathroom and a quick trip to mcdonalds

Harry is coming around...some R/Hr shippers argue that he grabbed Hermione's robes "because she was in danger of being hit by the glass"...er, so were the others. They put their hands up to block it, I'm sure Hermione could do the same. But does Harry just leave her to do that? Nope. He has to grab her robes (I wonder where...OK, I'll stop...I have a gutter mind) and pull her along. Body contact is ALWAYS good...

The thing R/Hr say to undermine us... What about Ginny huh? If there's broken glass coming down, why not help Ginny? Or Ron! Why doesn't HE help Hermione if he care so much?!?

I'm more of a R/Hr shipper (dodges pumpkin pies thrown at her), so I'm going to make a statement against this as a shipping moment. Please don't hate me.
Remember that Harry and Hermione are BEST FRIENDS. Harry and Ginny are not, and as much as Harry might of might not like Ginny, I'd bet on him protecting Hermione over her. Not that he hates Ginny or anything, but his first thought would be of Hermione's safety, not Ginny's or Neville's.
