Most of my favourite D/G fics are in the Reccomendation thingy, but one that I am really enjoying is A Common Cure by mindless_matter.

The Serpent's Bride by Reiko Naoe. In Ginny Weasley's 6th year, Draco Malfoy saved her life and that's a wizard's debt. Now, five years later its payback time. Especially now that Draco's in desperate need of a wife. The first chapters of this one aren't all that good, but stick around because the later chapters are great.
Hesperide's Apple by ogygiasylph. When Ginny Weasley becomes Draco Malfoy's wife, he suspects neither her true identity nor her dangerous motives. But when all Hell breaks lose and their relationship takes unexpected turns, there is more at stake than preserving their marriage--namely, preserving their lives. This is still in progress. It's amazing. A bit dark.
The Quick and the Dead by Anise. Warning: this one is DARK! On a spring morning at the end of his seventh year at Hogwarts, Draco Malfoy stepped out of the shadows that hid him in the prefect’s bathroom, where Ginny Weasley was swimming. When she saw him, she didn’t behave sensibly at all. So of course he had no choice but to do what he did next… or at least, that’s the way Draco remembers it. Now, it’s two years later, and Draco is about to learn the hard way that his bond with Ginny can never be broken… and that nothing which begins, ever really ends. The sequel to Szarenea's *Slave.* Eventually, there IS ######. Be patient.
Okay, this is DARK. And squicky. And Anise hasn't updated it in ages (but from what I've read, that's normal). But it's good.
Crossing Into Chaos by emerald_eyes. *Completely AU* In a world where Voldemort was never defeated, only a few things matter: pureblood, money and power. All that Ginny Weasley wanted was to survive her 7 years at Hogwarts, a school where the children of the richest and most powerful wizards dominate over others. Denying her natural instincts, she managed to make it into her 6th year without offending any of the cruel and powerful Slytherins - especially that horrible Draco Malfoy. Until one day, she crosses a line, and her peaceful existence is shattered forever. A story filled with adolescent drama, clash of the classes, angst, jealousy, ridiculous pride and love triangles (and squares). This is one kick ass AU. It's funny, dark, action packed.
Over Time: First Friends by Mynuet. In a series of vignettes spanning ten years, Draco and Ginny form an enduring friendship, which eventually leads to more. Drugged confessions, Playstation abuse, weddings, Christmas shopping, blind dates, stripteases, an exploding wand, and R/Hr on the side. Each chapter corresponds to an element of a challenge, including a required item and phrase. This one sweet. And don't worry, the R/Hr is very minor.

Out of Sight, But Not Out of Mind-Always been a favorite mine. Very funny and I'm a sucker for Telepathy!Situations for any ship.
My favorite by far and by far (IMO) the most realistic representation of a DG relationship is

One of hte fun things about it is that Voldemort is already dead, and so is Lucius... so it isn't full of the cliche Evil! draco or suddenly good draco.

Oooh! I've just read this particular on FF.net. It's amazing! It's called This is Who You Are. She's currently working on the sequel: What is Eternal. Anybody ever heard about it. If you haven't go and read it. It's absolutely wonderful.
