It is, but I can never seem to get there, I have no idea why, and it's stopping me from posting in the WITS thread.

I don't know, I can get onto the site just fine. Maybe it's your computer? Why don't you try shutting it down and then going onto it again, and immediately try to go onto fictionalley.org?

No what happened was...they're closing all of the multi-ship threads. Like HMS Pumpkin Pies and Mai Tais is gone also.

I was wondering who here ships Harry and Hermione first. And Ron and Luna second. I was also wondering, if you do, do you ship Ron and Luna because they make a cute couple or because you see Ron alone if HHr hook up and what the heck, Luna's there...

Harry/Hermione and Ron/Luna are two of my favorite ships (I place Harry/Hermione before Ron/Luna in my heart, though). And I like Ron and Luna together because....well, because I like them, really. So yeah, I think they make a cute couple. Of course, I also think that Harry/Luna could make a cute couple, or Hermione/Luna (hey, I've seen some awesome fics with that pairing).

It just occurred to me: if the series ended with all six members of the DoM Rescue Mission crew paired together all at once, would that make everyone happy, or make everyone mad? Probably, like every possible outcome (well, actually, this isn't a possible outcome, but whatever), somewhere in between, eh?

I am a Harmony shipper (Harry and Hermione) and a Redmoon shipper (Ron and Luna). I think both are perfectly suited for eachother Lunas dreamy look for Ron. Harry consern for Hermione ect .

To be honest here (and mostly to stick it to the R/H H/G fans) I actually shipped Ron/Luna first before anyone else.

In the fifth book - I just warmed to Luna straight away and I started shipping Ron/Luna half way through the book.

My shipping on Harry/Hermione were on and off during the third/fourth book mostly due to Harry's crush on Cho and Hermione with Viktor - I thought they would make a good pairing but my Harry/Hermione shipping didn't finally cement till Hermione fell in the DOM and Harry's reaction to it.

Ron/Luna were first in the shipping but Harry/Hermione are first in my heart.

AND I didn't ship them because it was convinent as most R/Hr H/G says (Though I think they should have a look at themselves at that part)

I ship Ron/Luna because I think they complement each other. Ron is so focused on what he doesn't have or isn't, and Luna immediately liked him for what he IS.

This is wonderfully refreshing after seeing two people like Ron and Hermione who wouldn't be able to get along in real life because they're both so focused on what the other person ISN'T.

I still ship H/Hr first, as collectively they're more primary characters and I'm much more vested in them. (They're my two favorites in the series.) But R/L is second - to me they fit together every bit as neatly as H/Hr. (But I ship Neville/Ginny instead of Draco/Ginny, because I think the only thing Draco should be kissing is a Dementor.)
