Well, just choose one of them for the shipname you think suits H/Hr, L/J, D/G and R/Lu. The choices there were suggested by fellow H/Hr fans ^.^

I'll post something at SCUSA after we've reached a favorite

I'm not going to prevent you all from voting, but I've raised the possibility of adding Ron/Luna to HMS Soulmates, which is the SCUSA Ship for H/Hr, J/L, and D/G. So maybe you all can jump aboard and vote in the affirmative

I'm only going with HMS Falling Stars due to the moral debauchery that occurs with the serious relationships I and other authors write into fan fiction.

We FINALLY have a companion ship... damn R/Hr and H/G shippers can get out of control w/ the whole argument of how everyone ends up happy with their ships. Well, HA!!! And wouldn't everyone (of the characters) really end up happy if Ginny started dating Neville? So, if you think about it, we really have two companion ships. Its wouldn't have worked before, since Neville wasn't that big a cannon character, but now that JKR seems to be implying differently, we maybe in luck.

And I definitely saw that Nevile had feelings for Ginny in OotP. Wonder how he feels about the new Dean/Ginny relationship?

I'm guessing he's not too happy about that...

He did try to stop Umbridge's Inquisitorial Squad from getting Ginny didn't he? He also got himself in trouble, so he must really not like that...

Personally, I think Ginny would be good for Draco or Neville. She might give Neville a little more confidence, and she'd give Draco a softer side.

I think I like D/G a little better than N/G.

Me too D/G is a lot more likeable and exciting than N/G to be honest. Who knows? Maybe Neville may go with someone else?

You're both right; I should've said two companion ships that can be considered as based in cannon. But hey, as long as Ginny's out of the picture... and I'm a D/G fan too. I've even written them into my fanfiction (its and shameless plug time! Go read my fics "Romance Americana" and its sequel "La Paz del Mundo" for H/Hr and D/G romance!!! They're in the fic recomendation section). But, as of now, I firmly believe that N/G has more cannon support and a better chance from that perspective. It all really comes down to how they (Draco and Ginny) develop in the next two books. If he has a change of heart, I see it happening, or if Ginny goes the way of Percy and becomes nasty. Personally, I see the other as the senario most likely to happen. I just don't see Draco going good.

Okay, I'll give it a day or two more, and if nothing changes, I'll post in the SCUSA thread, and make whatever you people choose, official

By the way, just in case anyone was wondering, I [and Alex] suggested HMS Paradise because that's where I[and Alex] think they're headed. Harry and Hermione, James and Lily, Ron and Luna, and Draco and Ginny.
Through their thick and thins, each of them have one destination, the untimate destination, and that is Paradaise In each other's arms

I voted for Her Majesty's Ship Written In The Stars because it was always meant to be, and the Ancient Mayans (who incidently invented the idea of friendship) read the stars to see events to happen in the future... Perhaps they saw two close friends named Harry and Hermione getting together

I voted for Written in the Stars too. Don't really know why... I just loved the name. Though how good would it be (should we be called that) if they confessed their love to each other by the lake under the starlit sky?

Truthfully, I don't know if I can do the job on my own, so I'd like to know if anyone would like to be my First Mate. It would entail helping me with Captain jobs and help me. (First come, first mate)
