Yep, im gonna explain again.
I use to think of song Harry subconsciously to Hermione who feels like giving up on loving him and he's saying just because she thinks he doesnt love her "doesnt mean its there" because deep down he does love her. the "rocks" was Ron or any one else who would threaten their relationship. "someone on your shoulder" wasnt Harry and Hermione always standing by each other. Plus, Hermione is his conscience.

Now post-HBP I think it goes for us shippers. Like "Just 'cause you feel it doesn't mean it's there" just cause we feel H/Hr is hopeless and its OBHWF doesnt mean it is there. There does seem to be a "siren (HBP) singing us to SHIPWRECK" The rest goes to Harry and Hermione.
