I just realized that the first time I answered this poll, I fell within the 25-27 age group. And now a few months later, I'm not in that age group anymore. 28-30... not a bad age, I suppose. I still consider myself young (this is what I tell myself and I am not changing my mind), but it's always amazing when you find out that you're in the minority. Lol.

Hi! I'm one of those older fans. I love the quality of the story-telling in the series; they are beautifully described and timeless. While I like the hero getting the girl in the end, I'm not a huge 'shipper. Sorry, these books are so multi-leveled that 'shipping tends to take a backseat, but whatever floats your boat. I love fanfiction so if you have any fics you can suggest I would be grateful to you for passing them on.

Not only do I read it, but I also write it. I post at Occlumency/Sycophant Hex and fanfiction.net. Most of my stories involve my favorite character--Professor Severus Snape. Don't get me wrong, I still love the Trio, but Snape's such an interesting character I just can't help myself.

Yes, 16 is hell in some kind of way, usually, if im right your in grade 4th ( high school) and well this year is hell usually due to the fact that it is a critical year for your future .

I turned 17 as of last month. Just my senior year of high school left before I'm suppose to be out on my own. I guess the keywords are suppose to.

Well I am on the tail end of the 16 to 18 specturm. Only a few more months to go before I am in a new category!! Whooo Hoooo!!

I turn 18 in December, but it's not that exciting. Birthdays just aren't as fun anymore. I forgot my birthday last year, and don't really care so much about this one this year, because I'll be away from home in a new place, not knowing hardly anyone.

Well, I'm 21 now. And I only got into the whole HP thing by "accident" a bit before my birthday (back in July), when TNT aired the first two movies.

Then I became a H/Hr fan right after reading PoA.

I must admit I had always "avoided" HP (thought it was childish, though I hadn't even read about it or watched the movies).

My dad bought me SS/PS when I was in 5th grade... I was 11 and I watched the first movie the following year, so I was 12.
I never much fancied the movies or the last book, HBP but still.. hehe...
I'm 17 now and I became H/Hr shipper just a month ago hehe.. I'm a late bloomer, I know but don't worry, I'm doing all I can to make up for lost time

I was 11 when my class had SS read to them, shortly after that I finished CoS before my teacher finished reading SS and I think PoA was just arriving at our library.
Can't say I really read much before hand but then I started reading the tommorow series.

I went to see the movie though...only because I had to take my kid sister but...am I glad that I did!!

I was hooked onto Harry Potter and I've been a H/Hr shipper since I saw the first movie. I only started reading after the 3rd movie when I heard that there's more stuff in the books.

anyways whenever the 4th book came out that when i was started reading HP it was for an academic decathlon (my friend made me join) and been hooked since totally fell in love with h/hr with the walk and the toast.

When you think about it the 20's age group is the most important age group of our lives...I mean so many things happen in our 20's....we graduate, study some more, get jobs, make our career, get married, have kids, find our partners, etc., etc....phew...I'd say being a 20 something is not an easy thing

I'm 15 years old, I started reading Harry Potter when I was 9. My dad saw on the news the release of Harry Potter and The Goblet Of Fire and basically threatened me to read the series.
